Easiest turkeys to buy are the ones with the instructions on the bag; they come with the temp gage that pops out when they are done!
2 apples chopped
1 large onion chopped
2 Tbs (or more) olive oil
Small handful of fresh sage
Salt and pepper to taste
Prepare turkey per instructions. Chop apples and onions and stuff turkey with them. This will add flavor and keep turkey moist. Brush top of turkey with olive oil, sprinkle salt and pepper, and you can lay the sage on top or put inside turkey as well, which ever you prefer! Cook turkey per instructions and enjoy!
