Dr. Minh Pham of Crossing Dental Group and Orthodontics in Perris, CA says while it is recommended to change your toothbrush once every three months, it’s probably better to change it monthly. More importantly, we should throw away our toothbrushes after an illness.

  1. I’ve gotta have 3 I’ve gotta have 3 fillings and im rlealy scared, in this video it doesn’t look that scary but can you plz tell me what that Blue light is that they put in your mouth and does the drill hurt? x

      The light that they use is called an Omnicam. It is used to scan your teeth into the computer. The drill does not hurt because they use a numbing agent. You shouldn’t feel a thing!

  2. I change my toothbrush every 2-3 weeks…better safe than sorry, and they are cheap.
